create logos with GET parameters

This release adds the ability to create logos using GET parameters. Values and alphabet configurations are passed as comma-separated lists, and all other logo properties are passed as strings. DNALogo, RNALogo, ProteinLogo, Logo, and LogoWithNegatives components are supported.
