yarn dev doesn't open a window

I downloaded source code from downloads which is 5.2.0
and I use below commands
yarn
yarn dev

it says

webpack 5.22.0 compiled successfully in 5948 ms
[0] ℹ ｢wdm｣: Compiled successfully.

No errors yet I don't see any windows showing up

I expect yarn dev to open a browser window

• Operating System: Ubuntu
• Wexond version: 5.2.0

Maybe because you're on linux? The README says that you should have Windows Build Tools installed.
