missing key in wfirst-sim/work/paramfiles/paramfile_hybrid.csv

I guess this is the best way to keep track of problems I have running the code that can be solved in this 'dlr-update-20171204' branch.

step1 crashes because wfirst-sim/work/paramfiles/paramfile_hybrid.csv does not have the global parmeter 'number_of_reference_dithers' used in line 1407.

There are a few other keywords missing.

I found out that all keywords that the read_csv function (in STEP1_simulate_survey.py) should be in the csv input file.
