[Android] Support reading files from APK Expansion files

This library could be really helpful for accessing files inside APK Expansion files in React Native, for instance JSON data files contained within a ZIP-based Android APK Expansion file.

See this PR for how support was added to react-native-video

Perhaps we could do something similar here.

@benvium , sorry for my late reply. I think it's great to have this feature supported, thanks for the good information. I'm planning to add several methods to RNFB.android namespace but I'm not sure how to test it as I don't have actual experience with expansion files. Is there any suggestions ?

Thanks @wkh237. Android APK expansions are a pretty fiddly area, and one we've only just looked into briefly. There's a section on testing in the official docs at: https://developer.android.com/google/play/expansion-files.html#Testing.

Did anyone get the chance to make this work ? I need to access images from an APK Expansion file .... :(
