react-native-fetch-blob no support for photos://

My method is to copy the photos:// file to the temporary folder, and then return to the file path.

Here is the code.

@jimtang9527 , thanks for the great example. Actually, this library does not support URIs from IOS PH Framework as React Native's CameraRoll was using AssetsLibrary (though it's deprecated) instead of PH framework.

However, it's a good point to make this supported, will add this feature in next major release (0.11.0).

ALAssetLibrary is causing issues on newer devices/iOS versions, Photos framework usage seems like the only workaround
