Should a GS metadata record advertise all the MQTT topics too?

note: if remember correctly, the ET-W2AT decided that the GDC would validate the topics... So in theory, the GB doesn't know what the topics are...

@tomkralidis I think this is still a relevant question. Would it be beneficial if the metadata record for a GDC is generated automatically to include all channels advertised in the WCMP2 records? I think it may be beneficial for users to see a full list of options...

I think this can be achieved by a dedicated endpoint on GDC, displaying all channels currently in the catalogue.

Note that we also have a job (runs hourly) that assembles all topics from all GDCs and makes them available at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wmo-im/wis2-guide/refs/heads/gh-pages/gdc-all-channels-latest.txt.
