In a recent Android review, a Spanish-speaking user mentioned that they follow a site in English and want a way to translate that site’s posts in the app so they can understand the content. Facebook offers machine translation like this when it detects that a post is in a language other than your UI language:
Twitter does this as well.
Google provides a translation widget for websites, perhaps there is potentially API support as well.
Something to consider going forward.
