Classic Warlock Simulator - Master Demonologist

Describe the bug
Master Demonologist is not applying to the warlock

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a spec with master demonologist and succubus as a pet
2. Run simulation, observe DPS components from warlock
3. Remove the 5 points in master demonologist, observe no change in the warlock related dps (only pet dps changes)

Expected behavior
The warlock dps should decrease by approximately 9% ( 1 / 1.1 - 1), because succubus master demonologist is a flat 10% increase to all damage the warlock and pet deal

This can also be observed on the buffs tab, where the succubus shows a count of 1 for the buff, but warlock does not.
