Request: APL event counter and labels in timeline view #4273

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hard to tell when tinkering with APL both how many times each APL action fires, and which action is firing on the timeline. This would help diagnose when things dont behave as expected, beyond just looking at whether the DPS changes, or total number of casts changes.
Describe the solution you'd like
Simcraft had this shown in their "rotation" sample as well as in a table to see this. Would be nice to label each APL action with a character and have a tabled of how much each fires in the results section, as well as a label attached to each action in timeline view matching that APL action.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't think this needs anything beyond what simcraft did.
