Improve Config management

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Every time we make changes that require adding a new configuration object to the wp.config.ts file, our auto-e2e instances break because they don't have this new configuration object.

Describe the solution you'd like
Better configuration management that allows the project to still run and only those tests that require missing configuration fail, but not the whole project.
