Should exclude Imagify next-gen lcp/atf from LL failure investigation

Sometimes when the test run, imagify isnot installed/activated. Currently, this test depends on the fact that Imagify is installed in the previous test.

Goal:

• Revisit the test setup and cleanup there
• Use a fresh install of Imagify with each cycle (to avoid being stuck in an old version for so long)

• We can add a condition when activating the plugin to check if installed 1st and if not installed, then install before activating and add steps inthe failed test that Imagify is installed and is setup
• Or we can change the place of uninstall imagify from after the imagify tag to the cleanup function, or afterall
