[FEATURE REQUEST]: Manual menu item ordering

Hey there :-)

It would be cool to be able to manually edit the order of menu items in zotilo submenu and adding horizontal breaks would be extra cool, so it's easier to visually figure out which item to select when there are a lot of menu items.
