Address rollup deprecation of `name` to `names` in output naming options

Overview

Originally, we thought this was easy, and created the following PR: #2106

However, this introduced a regression: #2115

This issue is just to track this work so it's not forgotten.

@PatrykKuniczak the regression likely came from WXT not requiring a new version of vite that provides the new filenames.

@aklinker1 OK, that's looks like, for names ? is also necessary:

 names[0].endsWith('css')

but let's do

 names?[0].endsWith('css')

names can be undefined like name

That could be true... but I don't think name can be undefined, at least the types don't claim that and I've never seen it.

I think we're destructuring a value out that vite isn't providing - it might be still providing an object like { name: "..." }. Just an idea, you could be correct.

@aklinker1 Before there's ? but we need to investigate it a little deeper.

Now i'm about to close entire refactor things, to don't go back to that again, i'll open PR and you'll see it, whenever you want, don't feel pressure about that, i'm only want to give it you, a go to consider it.

Rest of time, i'll be spenting, to try to solve exsisting issue, becasue we have a looot 😄
