常见场景: 对话名称进行重命名，将会话变为输入框。

我想在conversation-item中使用自定义图标，比如iconfont.cn定制的、ANTD VUE自带的、甚至是图片url。以上三种情况，分别以什么方式实现？要求使用setup lang='ts'写法
