Ref #138

It seems placing a xemu.toml file next to the .exe works in windows. It would be great if we could do something similar for macOS.

Currently, ES-DE works with a portable.txt placed in the application bundle (Contents/MacOS)1, and RetroArch works with a similar file placed beside the application. I've tried both methods with xemu just to see if something would work.
