Is it possible to add latex support and maybe flowchart feature of markdown? Also disqus or livere comment system? Maybe google analytics?

Basically, inline formula within "$ $". Block formulas with "$$ $$".
I tried to add mathjax rendering and disqus to the head or footer html file but nothing works.

Also, the markdown of the flowchart is also not supported.
