LCtrl+RMB is ignored when LCtrl is bound to sneak

When LeftCtrl is bound to "Sneak", pressing LeftCtrl + Right Mouse Button on a note block increases the pitch of the note block instead of opening the tuning UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Rebind your sneak key to be LeftCtrl.
2. Place a note block normally.
3. Attempt to open the tuning UI using LeftCtrl + Right Mouse Button
   -> The tuning UI does not open.

Note: If "sneak" is bound to RightCtrl, the issue will happen with RightCtrl + Right Mouse Button instead.
