Feature request: Allow to disable Victory Status' Rankings

Problem Description

If we can disable the panel in online games so that everyone cannot see the detailed data of others,it might enhance the playability!Thank you!

• The current rating
• Experimental Demographics scoreboard (like in Civ5)
• None
