New Discussion: Incremental Parsing

@ingydotnet Are you open to the idea of incremental parsing support? I am trying to use this library to implement LSP functionality, and Tree Sitter style byte offset handling, partial parsing and reparsing, dirty nodes in a tree, etc... would all be HUGE for downstream logic.

Roger that, and here is the package I'm looking at this functionality for

libopenapi is built on the yaml package, and adding incremental parsing would allow for it to be the perfect core, and expanded toolchain for a project I have been working on for OpenAPI here https://github.com/sailpoint-oss/telescope
