Support perforator record -t

Sometimes, it's helpful to collect a profile of the specific thread (among hundreds of other threads) with high frequency. perf record supports this by providing the following flag:

       -t, --tid=
           Record events on existing thread ID (comma separated list). This option also disables inheritance by default. Enable it by adding --inherit.

So, this is a feature request.
