Zoom in mobile view cause issue

When we zoom the mobile view, we can't able to draw properly in Sketchpad.

Thanks, @vinothkumarma, I could reproduce the same behavior on Chrome for Android (v49.0.2623). The problem is that the swipe action is overwritten to scroll the page in the browser (that is zoomed). I'll look into this.
