Test done:
I've created a fresh multilingual Joomla 3.7.4, with default demo data only. Installed and tested the latest Language Domains successfully, hiding the language code.
Then I installed LOGman from Joomlatools, which also includes the Joomlatools Framework, and after that the language code got back.
Also tested changing the ordering of plugins, but no luck ...

When using Language Domains together with the Joomlatools Framework, the fix in PR #7 doesn't help.
The language code is added for all languages like:
http://www.site.no/no/
http://www.site.fi/fi/
