[BUG]: SmartTube app missing from "Manage apps" for supervised accounts

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Sideload the SmartTube APK onto a Google TV
2. Add a child account to the Google TV which is supervised through Family Link
3. Navigate to Settings -> Accounts and sign-in -> Children's Accounts -> [child account] -> Manage apps

Actual behavior

You can find a list of all installed apps, including apps side-loaded and installed via Google Play, but SmartTube is missing in this list.
