If the Items on a page change, we don't update the Details until the selection changed

Discovered this working on the winget extension.

I think we only update the Details if we change the selected item, like, with the arrow keys. I think if we just keep the 0th item selected, but the 0th item changes from Foo to Bar, we never update the Details.

Or it may be that Foo -> Bar -> Baz, where Foo and Baz have details, but Bar doesn't, doesn't trigger it. I also hit it doing a movie search, finding a movie, then going back, then into winget, and the details were initially the movie result
