feat: Add follow button to profile modal; related improvements #30
Description
Profile modal would be improved with:
- a follow/unfollow button (ensure the kind3 follow event is properly backed up/recoverable so it isn't overwritten with a blank list)
- a way to copy the user's lightning address
- dark mode fix for "Copy npub"
