zarr_path = 'panda.zarr'
zstore = zarr.open(zarr_path, mode='w')
compressor = Blosc(cname='zstd', clevel=3, shuffle=Blosc.BITSHUFFLE)
zstore.create_dataset('panda', data=data, chunks=False, overwrite=True,compressor=compressor)

it doesnt compress the data remain the same size

Perhaps you can explain how you arrived at the conclusion that your example does not compress the data?
