Keymap with multi language keyboard

Summary

Keymap is changing when using language keyboard

Description

This is with English ENG keyboard

This is with Serbian SRP keyboard

In VSCode i have no problems with this Ctrl+/ stay Ctrl+/
Same problem with other shortcuts

OS: Windows 10.0.26200

I installed the Serbian keyboard, and I'm seeing the same change happening to the keymap in VS Code:

Have you changed anything in VS Code that would make this behave differently?

@reflectronic in VSCode its numpad divide without additional settings:

There is also lot of other problems. Example on Serbian keyboard in Windows and VSCode:
Alt Gr + < is "<" in Zed it open Settings
Alt Gr + > is ">" in Zed its ok >
Alt Gr + b is "{" in Zed it toogles AI pannel
...

@reflectronic on Windows button "Alt Gr" is reserved for inserting symbols. "Alt" and "Ctrl" is for shortcuts

Yes, it is known that AltGr does not work. It is fixed by #41259

Regarding the keymap, I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce NumPad_Divide being selected by VS Code. Are you sure you have not changed it to that in your VS code keymap file?

Currently, Zed doesn't distinguish between Numpad and alphanumeric keys. So, even if you did edit your keymap, it wouldn't be possible to make the same edit in Zed.
