ngx-perfect-scrollbar works properly in desktop but has some issue in IPad

Hi Zefoy,

I raised this issue in mdbootstrap/perfect-scrollbar yesterday and I am not sure whether asking this here also will help to get the problem resolved. After following the steps mentioned in https://pdfviewer.net/extended-pdf-viewer/perfect-scrollbar , I am able to use the scrollbar and drag its thumb properly in desktop. But in IPad (Running on IPADOS 14.6), the scroll bar's thumb has issue while clicking and dragging. When I try to drag the thumb, page moves in opposite direction. I am not sure if it is a problem with my understanding of how the plugin should work, So apologies in advance if it doesn't sound like something that needs a fix
