local access disappeared after 18.5

What happened?

after the 18.5 update access to localhost and other local ip addresses give an error.

Expected behavior

load local adresses

Actual behavior

loaded zen and could not access local addresses

Steps to reproduce

open the zen browser and try to access local ip like 192.168.1.1

Please elaborate on the error shown.

It could be complaining about self-signed certificates > use the button to accept risk, allow the certificate and create an exception.
If it's local pages that don't use HTTPS, see if you perhaps have HTTPS-only mode turned on and/or add exceptions:
