Weird reopen closed tab behaviour for folders

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

Reopen closed tab behaviour is very weird after closing pinned tabs and especially folders. Reopening pinned tabs restores them as pinned which might be intended behaviour but after deleting folder and restoring closed tabs it restores entire folder - but it appears in the unpinned section and can't be clicked or interacted with in any way and disappears after closing the last pinned tab inside.

Expected behavior

Either restore the individual pinned tabs inside the folder one by one OR completely restore folder

Actual behavior

Folder is restored but appears in the unpinned section and cannot be interacted with

Steps to reproduce

1. Create folder
2. Put some tabs inside
3. Delete folder
4. Press Ctrl+Shift+T (reopen closed tab hotkey)
