YouTube Video Pages Not Fully Loading

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
• I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.

What happened?

For the past month or so, I've noticed an increasing frequency of entire video pages on YouTube that never fully load.
The only thing that loads is the video player and the video, and that's strictly the only things that load.
I cannot scroll, I cannot randomly click the screen and hope I press a button, it's strictly just the video that loads.

As I am writing this, I am now unable to load ANYTHING on YouTube. Not even the home page will load.
YouTube currently works just fine on my other browsers, but not Zen Browser.

Expected behavior

Full page loads and I can see, read, hear, and watch everything I find on YouTube.

Actual behavior

Nothing on YouTube loads.

Steps to reproduce

I do not know what I did to achieve this. I've changed nothing for too long to remember the exact last major changes I've made.
