Create tab below on split tab actually doesn't create tab below but create a split instead which is not what I want

What happened?

Create tab below on split tab actually doesn't create tab below but create a split instead which is not what I want

Expected behavior

Create tab below should create a tab below

Actual behavior

It creates a split instead on the split tab

Steps to reproduce

Right click on the split tab
Select create tab below

The new tab in the split tab is suppose to be the new tab created below but instead it is in the middle of the split tab

it’s in the right-click menu for tabs inside a split. it only inserts in the split when you right-click a tab that isn’t already the last/rightmost one in the split
