Add support for Ctrl + Shift + Tab in tab switcher view #2022

Currently, pressing Ctrl + Tab opens the tab switcher view, allowing users to visually navigate between open tabs.
However, pressing Ctrl + Shift + Tab, which should navigate in the reverse order, does not trigger the tab switcher view. This creates an inconsistency in the usability.
