U-Blox M8 driver initialization initial speed hint

Currently the initial connection to an M8 module running at 115200 Baud is painfully slow because the driver tries every speed starting from the lowest.
It would be amazing if it was possible to statically set the speed the module is configured for and skip the Baud rate change altogether or at least let the switching logic try the "hinted" speed first.
