Template for React Native + Expo

I noticed that your monorepo folder is well-structured, and it seems we can add more templates for React Native or even Expo. It may look out of place, but it's a good idea. I have experience developing a mobile app along with a monorepo like this one.

Please consider adding this to the feature. I am currently learn the structure of your monorepo and moonrepo, and after I understand most of it, I'll try to contribute with the above idea.

I'll also help with another idea for:

• AI rules: that make the AI understand this template monorepo, the catch is that it usually makes a "massy" folder, so I think, creating a new folder under .docs or docsite (for the sake of clarity, we can also distinct with a branch, so developers can still pick the original one)
