Context: I'm trying to update the swap example to support Bitcoin to non-EVM destinations (like Sui and Solana). Right now it's decoding receiver as address, which doesn't work for non-EVM chains, so I'm switching to bytes.

A bug with Sui withdrawals led to a corrupted state for pending nonce tracking in the chain

The issue should be fixed now
