Observations on the current wallet design

A couple of things I've noticed about the current wallet design. This issue may develop into a tracking issue for the issue listed below:

• This wallet interface does not expose a way to get network info.
• There's no mention of a birthday.
• It allows importing a key, but does not handle:
  • New receiving address generation
  • Address rotation
  • Multiple accounts and UAs
  • Exporting
• Cannot query:
  • Spendable vs total balance
  • Pending txs
  • Confirmed notes / UTXOs
  • Tx history
    -Missing scanning progress status or report
  • Also cancellation, pause and resume.

Should that functionality extend this trait, or be packaged in complimentary traits?
