There seems to be no syntax for SortedSets even thow there's a syntax for Set and explicit upcast works.

import zio.prelude.*
import zio.prelude.newtypes.*

val error = values.foldMap(v => OrF(SortedSet(1, 2, 3)))

val works = SortedSet.from(values.foldMap(v => OrF[Set[String]](SortedSet(1, 2, 3))))
