I can't see my friend despite her sharing with me

A friend and I are sharing locations with each other. She can see me fine but on mine it says she is not sharing with me. I can't think what else to try

@mattdale77 could you provide more detail about your problem? Do you see your friend in the list at the bottom of the screen?

Yes. I can see her at the Bottom but it says "Not sharing with you"
