Build problems

Goo Morning,

I tried to build the screenport, because I wanted to disable debugging.

Other ports build just fine.

I see, ibm-clang does not implicitly add -m64 like clang does. I think we can just add it to https://github.com/ZOSOpenTools/comp_clangport/blob/main/buildenv#L83 to always force it on.
