Language dependent values in params.toml

Hello.

Was wondering if it's possible to set different values in params.toml based on selected language.

Would be great for values such as whoami, location and even the description.

The title and description should be defined inside the _index.md file inside each language directory and theme should take values from there instead from languages.toml as it is now, what is nonsense. languages.toml should only be taken to display values in breadcrumb and nothing more.
