Fixes dock Battery level mode using attached mouse battery data (dock has no battery telemetry)
Prefers charging mouse when multiple battery-capable mice are connected
Applies first color immediately and keeps updating every 15s
Prevents duplicate intervals by clearing existing timer before starting a new one
