Python script for Yu et al,2018,"High Resolution Global Contiguous Solar-Induced Chlorophyll Fluorescence (SIF) of Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 (OCO-2)",GRL. A spatially contiguous global OCO-2 SIF dataset at 0.05° and 16-day resolutions was developed using machine learning and physiological constraints. Please adjust the file systerm before running.
