Hi @leilaicruz! The Readme.md is accurate enough for a good start! Thank you for it! I will probably edit this later If I see anything need to be change.
I am testing some rules for this repository. I changed the base for this PR for main if is okay for you. I am allowing only rebase so we can maintain a clear history. Can you confirm you can see only the rebase option? If so you can go ahead rebase and merge.

I have added a proposal on a readme (based on chatgpt advice) and an addition to a content update of the html application form. I want to check that you can render the form nicely with this addition , so I just add the rest of the updates in the same way. Also check the readme , if it is OK.
