Support "Contents" folder in builded dependencies

build,pack,sign,archive

• actions: "build,pack,sign,archive"
  • pack create 4DZ for Project folder
  • sign (on macOS) with certificate installed on the runner (use sign-certificate for the name)
  • archive will create a zip (on macOS using ditto)
