When creating a network service in the portal, the user can select a VIM location.
The drop down menu offers to select any VIM found in the dispatcher's mano.
The mano allows multiple VIMs sharing the same location.
However, for VIMs of the same location, the onboarding will always just pick the first VIM from the list.
I find this behaviour inconsistent and would advise adjusting it.
I would suggest, hiding the VIM's from the user and just listing location names, if multiple VIMs at the same location are not supported.
Alternatively, you could allow choosing the VIM instead of the location.
