[Bug] Expanded IO port UI overlap with network tool

Describe the bug
When you have a network tool and open the interface of the expanded IO port the card slots overlap with the network tool's inventory.

To Reproduce

1. Have a network tool
2. Open the interface of the expanded IO port
3. Optionally, set UI scale to 3x
