- Implement harvesting of MPX trace logs during fatal error flow.
- Introduce on-demand harvesting triggered via user request.
- Config file updated with Soc0MPList and Soc1MPList entries
specifying MPs to harvest during fatal error flow.
- On-demand files exposed through D-Bus object path: /com/amd/TBAIUser.
- Supports triggering for a single MP or "All MPs".
Testef fields: Tested in Congo and Morocco platforn.
