Attestation reports (regular and extended) are currently always requested with VMPL 0. This fails if the guest runs in another VMPL. Add a new -v/--vmpl option which allows settings the VMPL field of the request to 0-3 (defaults to 0). Signed-off-by: Dov Murik <dovmurik@linux.ibm.com>
