Added some changes to configure so that GHA can build again. This works on the arm64 runner (with XCode) and on my Intel Mac (with command line developer tools), so hopefully works for all combinations of arch and developer toolchain. |
Just repeating the library in the linker step is a hack but I could not get alternatives to work

Going to close and redo this because of conflicts with #174, also might as well update ANTs to release version |
